Deposit & Cancellation Policy

A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking. Deposits are refundable if cancelled within 48 hours of booking, and non-refundable thereafter. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event. Any payments made are refundable, minus the deposit, for cancellations made 14 or more days before the event. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are non-refundable in full. Postponements are treated separately from cancellations — deposits may be applied to a new date, subject to availability, at no additional charge.
